About me?
My Mission
Hi, I’m Stuti Joshi, a Clinical Psychologist and RCI-licensed practitioner with a compassion-led approach honed over 5 years of working with individuals and couples. My practice is grounded in the belief that feeling overwhelmed isn’t a flaw—it’s a signal. Healing begins when you’re ready to listen to that signal, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.
In my work, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll work on unlearning unhelpful patterns, building resilience, and moving toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you recognize your inner strength and restore balance.
Therapies I use
I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Some of the methodologies we can explore include:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to identify and shift negative thought patterns
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) – to build psychological flexibility and value-driven living
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) – to strengthen emotional regulation and interpersonal skills
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – to desensitize painful experiences and reframe core beliefs
